WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Alarmtech manufactures and sells its products and guarantees as to the quality thereof. Alarmtech warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the delivery date of our products. Alarmtech warranty obligations arise from the specified warranty period and are limited to replacing or repairing, at the manufacturer's option, the defective product or the part thereof. We provide no warranty whatsoever for any dismantled and/or re-installed products. To exercise the warranty the defective product must be returned to Alarmtech with its head office in Gdansk properly packed and prepared.

Conditions not covered by this Warranty:
Improper installation, improper use, errors due to: the product use without following/observing the installation and operation instructions, change of settings, accidents or tampering attempts, repair attempts by anyone other than Alarmtech. This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and obligations, whether written or oral, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no case shall Alarmtech be liable to anyone for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty.

This warranty cannot be modified, diversified nor extended. The manufacturer, does not authorise anyone to act on its behalf with a view to modify, diversify or extend this Warranty. The Warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured by Alarmtech. All products and accessories from other manufacturers including batteries used in our products have their applying warranties, if any. The manufacturer shall have no liability for any damages or losses caused directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequentially by improper functioning of our products as a result of their interaction with the products, accessories and other equipment, including batteries, form other manufacturers.

The manufacturer does not represent that his products cannot be circumvented nor that they will prevent any person death, injury and/or personal losses, property damage by burglary, robbery/assault or otherwise. The manufacturer does not represent that his products will in all cases provide warning or protection. User should understand that a properly installed and maintained product can only reduce the occurrence chance for the risks such as burglary or robbery, but it can not guarantee that that there will be no personal injury, loss and/or property damage as a result.

The manufacturer shall have no liability for contingent death, personal damage and/or injury and/or property damage or any other loss resulting through direct, indirect, incidental or consequential operation failure of our product. However, if the manufacturer is held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising under this warranty, regardless of cause, the manufacturer's maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price of this product, which shall be the complete and exclusive remedy against the manufacturer.

User shall follow the installation, testing and operating instructions for the product. For his own safety and protection of his property, User shall take all necessary precautions when the following occurs: environmental conditions change, electronic or electric interferences change, User or an unauthorised person attempts to tamper with the product(s).
